About 12 months ago FEDORA decided to establish its own web-site as an aid to communication with Oxshott residents about the activities of FEDORA and other items of interest. The website was set-up at www.fedora.org.uk and is maintained on a volunteer basis, all at no cost to FEDORA. While not intended to be a commercial website, it does contain information about local shops and businesses with links to their websites, or with copies of their advertisements as displayed in this magazine, as a service to residents.

Additionally, the website includes information about local attractions, such as Oxshott Heath, and local events such as Oxshott Christmas Fair. It includes a calendar of Oxshott events throughout the year for reference. Articles from the FEDORA magazine are also on the website, starting at the date of initiation of the website (Spring 2001). Hopefully, if time allows, we will be able to go back and include articles from earlier years.

We would like to include additional information about Oxshott clubs, societies, schools, etc, and other matters of interest to Residents, which could be included in the calendar or posted on one of the web-pages.
